Just a note to say many thanks for the Bathroom an En-Suite renovation work undertaken by your company last month for us. We have been very impressed by the professional approach of yourself and your staff both at the quotation stage and while the work was being carried out over the 10 day period. I have outlined below a few of the areas where  we were particularly impressed and which assured us that we had selected the best company to undertake this job. From past experience it is not always wise to go for the cheapest price that one can get.

Quotation: detailed quotation received within 10 days of the site inspection as promised.

Staff on the job: All staff coming and going throughout the 10 days of the job (In particular James) were very friendly , professional, trustworthy and left the house clean each evening before they left.

Standard of workmanship: The job was done to our specific requirements and with many suggestions from your staff as to areas that might look better. We were very pleased with the end result. The job was completed within the timeframe which you initially indicated and complete clean up and hovering of affected areas in the house was done by your staff on the final day.

Subsequent snag list: As with all major renovations there are always some minor issues which come to light in the week or so after the job completion. Each one was resolved within 24 hours.
